#eating in

The good side of staying at home and bumming around is that I could cook if I wanted to. This is actually an experiment sort of recipe, I didn't know it would work. Haha.

Ham and Cheese croquettes (serves 6)

Ingredients:

6 pieces ham

1 bar of cheddar cheese, cut into strips

1 loaf of whole wheat bread

2 eggs, beaten

2 cups breadcrumbs

oil for frying

Directions:

1. In a frying pan, fry the ham until cooked. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

2. Get a piece of whole wheat bread,  at the center put a piece of ham and strips of cheese. Roll the bread and secure edges with toothpicks.

3. Dip bread into beaten eggs. Cover completely with breadcrumbs.

4. Heat oil for frying and then cook croquettes until golden brown in color.

5. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.

This is how my desk looks like. I'd like to keep it as clutter free as possible so my mind would not be cluttered as well.

Notice the corkboard slash inspiration board? Yeah, even that part is clutter free and minimalist. Just a spot for my reminders, a spot for quotes that inspire me, and a spot for a selected photo prints I love.

Having a phone with a nice camera makes me a lazy photographer, but at the same time, it's very convenient.

Just one click, a few tweaks for blur, saturation, add a little light leak or so, and a picture comes out nice.

Here are some of my pictures from my phone, mostly taken while driving and in traffic.
