#Aida's Manokan

A spur of the moment decision for my Mama and I today since we were about to eat lunch at 1 something in the afternoon or so: eat chicken inasal and lots of rice in Manokan Country.

Now Manokan Country is a strip of stalls and each stall serves their own version of chicken inasal but  we chose to eat in Aida's Manokan.

It's situated right in the middle of all the stalls but definitely not hard to miss. Yes, the place is small and it gets crowded; and No, it doesn't have airconditioning, just a few wall fans -- so don't expect fine dining here.

#Mooon Cafe

Spent the lazy Sunday afternoon with my friends, Jude and Marian at the Robinsons' Central City Walk and where else do we eat?

You guessed it right. Mooon Cafe (with the unecessary too many O's. HAHA.) which serves Tex-Mex cuisine coupled with waiters and waitresses dressed in traditional Mexican outfits and blaring Latin American music that you can't help but tap your fingers in rhythm to the music.
