#Uncle Tom's
Every first week of February going to Jaro, Iloilo for the Candelaria is sort of an annual thing for my mom and I. And this year was no different from the other years (including taking home loads of JD Bakeshop stuff. Hehe.)

Every first week of February going to Jaro, Iloilo for the Candelaria is sort of an annual thing for my mom and I. And this year was no different from the other years (including taking home loads of JD Bakeshop stuff. Hehe.)
Here's the story...
I was in spoiled brat mode because I wanted to eat in Hungry Ninja, and I wanted to see their interiors. I had to ask my friend to google map for location and directions when driving to Hungry Ninja which was located in front of St. Paul's (he knew how to get there.) and when we got there my very enthusiastic face literally dropped. HAHA. One look and we both knew it, "Let's get out of here."
He was suggesting Afrique's, why not Afrique's and I was hesitant because I got a friend who told me the food wasn't that good. In the end, we went to Afrique's, much to his delight.
Their placemats that I can't help but read and be amused.
Now the food that we ordered, or rather, he ordered. (I relied on his judgment, since he frequently eats here.)
